Targeted towards developing the leadership skills of 1st and 2nd-year students.
Sessions focus on developing young professionals in the engineering field, creating the next generation of student leaders, and creating a network of like-minded individuals.

Targeted towards senior students and current student leaders.

Sessions focus on adapting to a rapidly changing world, learning to overcome adversity, and developing the skills to thrive in the face of challenges.
Theme stream session topics can include: obstacles in entrepreneurship, practicing mindfulness, addressing inequality in the field of engineering, growing from mistakes and more!
